Hey there, I'm a really nice guy, but a bit shy at first. I'm not one to go up to a random person and start a convo. I'm 27, 5'10", 210 (stocky) brown hair, blue eyes. I'm finally revising this. Honestly I still don't have a clue what to say which is odd. All through high school I told my family and friends I'd be a writer. Now years later, I've been a sailor, a fireman, a tire mechanic, a postal clerk , a wiccan lay leader, a mail clerk at an insurance company, a premium specialist, a commission specialist, and now I'm feeling like an accountant.

And folks, those are just the titles I've been given. You ask me, I'm still a writer stuck in research mode:).

I am a hypnotist, I consume alot of diet pepsi. I love the oldies music. I love watching movies. I kayak and I read books.

I love traveling, art, reading, playing chess, piano bars, working in my garden and tweaking my bowling game. A majority of my friends are straight or gay boys, so I am looking to meet interesting, secure and self-educated women. Quick witted, honest, adventurous, and down to earth are traits I look for and can also describe myself.

Now I am not single and I have a girlfriend. I don't know how to delete myself. I guess if you have a burning desire to meet to just be friends, then that's the only good reason to do so. I like meeting new people, eating ethnic cuisine, taking road trips, deflating apocalyptic prophecies, watching movie shorts and foreign films, being artistic, having intellectual conversations and philospizing. Although I can pass myself off as a geek or a nerd if I have to, I am very passionate, fairly athletic, and can get by in many social contexts. Sometimes I go skiing and I like to work out. I play the guitar, fiddle, and dobro (actually a 1936 National Steel Guitar). I guess I'm pretty good at poetry, but that's mostly therapeutic. So I like creativity, inteligence, and open-mindedness in myself and others.

I operate my own business with a college buddy here in town. It's pretty fulfulling, and it actually is profitable. I have a degree in Anthropology, and another one in Museum Studies. I have been attracted to women of most cultures, backgrounds, and heights at one time or another, but I especially like really tall, well-muscled women with long hair. This probably has absolutely nothing to do with 'Conan the Barbarian' or 'Red Sonja' %^P I also have a deep appreciation for comedy and like women who are very witty, funny, or even are comics.

Hmm...let's see...I am 18 years old, and I am a very energetic person, I love to get out. I'm not one to just sit at home, I'm usually out and about, doing something new and exciting :). I like getting outdoors a lot in the warmer months, camping, fishing etc. In my free time I like to draw, cook, & relax with friends. I LOVE music, ALL kinds.

I'm a sane, healthy, active, intelligent guy. I have a good job, I play sports, work out, read, write, cook, eat, and try my best to be a good person. I bathe at least once a day, and change the oil in my car every 3,000 miles. Or so. When I remember. I'm not perfect, but I get by.

About ten years ago I stopped denying who I was and started living. My life until that point was not a waste of time; it's as much a part of who I am now as the last ten years. I have family and friends who love me, and who I love, but something, someone, is missing in my life. That's why I'm here.

I like to hang out with friends, drawing, writing, anime (sort of), movies, tv, a little bit of video games, and reading. I usually am a shy and quiet person, but once you get to know me I open up. I love to be myself, but frequently feel that some of the people I hang out with would think I'm different, lol. I can be quite silly at times and love to laugh and be happy, though it doesn't always seem that way sometimes. I like dark things, vampires and such, but I also like pretty things. I dress in more male clothes than female clothes but if its a date or event of some sort with a friend I'd dress girly. I like make up, some times I think it makes me look prettier than without.

I'm a film major at UW-Madison. I love my true friends. I love music and movies so much it hurts sometimes. I want to make fucking great movies one day and if you couldn't tell I have a bit of a dirty mouth ;) I like to have a good time but I'm also a homebody. I'm me and I make no excuses for myself.

I wish the day had at least 32 hours in it. That's one wish that probably, WONT, come true. Leave the wishes for the fishes. Make things happen!

I've been replacing intoxicants with exercise lately. I prefer endorphins to hangovers--yoga is like dessert after a hard workout. A focused relaxation.

I've been trying to healthify some comfort foods from my childhood (burgers, tacos, chili). I like to eat: tasty, healthy, foods, and I do so every day. "You are what you eat".

I don't want to end up looking like a Taco Bell drive-thru. If I could eat sushi every day, I would. Raw salmon makes me happy.

I'm a Milwaukee Brewers fanatic. I enjoy some other sports, but the Brewers are like my soap opera. They play every day in the summer. You will end up skipping Top Model to watch Brew Crew telecasts after hanging with me. And the game experience is amazing. If not the tailgating or the game itself, just the people watching will make you want to go to countless games.

Funny, laid-back guy looking for someone to laugh and hang out with. Some of my favorite things to do are skiing, golfing, karaoke, watching movies. I also spend a lot of time with friends doing nothing in particular. I like playing sports like soccer and basketball, but I'm kind out of shape right now so its been awhile. I also enjoy non-competitive competitive things (I'm on a bar trivia team and a kickball team). With the right companion, I'd love to go skiing in the Alps or deep-sea fishing in South America.

I'm a cutie with dark (almost black hair) and piercing blue eyes. I am fiercely independent (I was taught that if ever I want something done, I've got to do it myself) and a fighter. I was born three months premature and use a wheelchair for mobility (I'm letting everyone know this straight out because I'll quickly find out who my real friend/love interests are when I do this.) but I don't like to be treated like I have three heads. Honestly, I don't. Those who spend just one day with me are really amazed at what I am capable of.

I'm just a nice guy with a few crazy quirks. I like to go a nature hikes, but make my own path. I like running through sprinklers, but I do it backwards. when I go to a museum, I like to watch the other people there instead of looking at the exhibits.

I'm a difficult person to explain since I don't fit well into a box and my interest vary greatly. I'm a bit of an oxymoron, so I like to say. I was raised a country girl and still hold tight to my roots. It truly is the simple things in life that make life worth living. Nothing beats a summer storm, jumping in puddles and playing in the mud, laying under the night sky and counting the stars, playing in the garden, enjoying a fire in the cool night air, or just simply enjoying the beauty that the world has to offer.

I love anything that challenges my mind, especially religion, human behavior, and philosophy. I find I spend a lot of my time thinking about things that most people don't care to think about. For some reason, when people see religion and philosophy as an interest, they tend to assume I like to debate ideas and opinions. This is not always true. I love to learn and thoroughly enjoy hearing other's thoughts and ideas on a topic but often, I'd rather internalize and contemplate their thoughts rather than debate them. Many people instantly assume that I'm an extrovert and many of my friends and families would never believe it, but I'm actually quite the introvert. If you catch me being a bit quiet, it's only cause I'm lost in thought....

I've dabbled in a wide variety of other activities...including yoga, rugby, trap shooting, running, and grocery aisle dancing. I love to travel (for pleasure, not necessarily work) but also really enjoy the stability of being at home. I'm hoping to make kayaking and dancing (I'd like to broaden my dancing ability beyond grocery aisle dancing) hobbies of the near future.

They say that an iceberg normally only has 10% of it's mass above the surface. I think this is a great analogy to describe me, as very little of who I am is easily detected at first glance or through simple conversation.

My life is mostly about music. I DJ for fun, and occasionally around town in bars. Other than that I'm a quiet guy, I work hard and don't have a lot of time to myself. I'm mostly here just out of curiosity.

I'm the ungodly fusion of actor and tech geek with a little Japanese language learning on the side. If I'm not working on my computer or browsing the latest tech news I usually chill out with a good movie or get a little gaming in.

To give you a better idea of my personality I'll give you some specifics. I am of the libertarian persuasion which means if you're doing something and it doesn't have direct, significant, harmful effect on others or their rights then I'm cool with it. I don't believe in any gods or their respective evil counterparts or supernatural phenomena but I do believe in Flying Spaghetti Monster as I have been touched personally by his noodly appendage. The Invisible Pink Unicorn is a total myth, though.

In person I'm pretty laid back and it takes a lot to ruffle my feathers. I can be a little shy at first and it can take me a bit to warm up to people but when I do I can be pretty affectionate and really have a warm, gooey center.

I'm a big guy, there's no hiding that. I love to go out and find stuff to do. Whether its just going and hanging out by the water with friends, or bar-hopping in Madison/Chicago/wherever. I love to make people laugh. Its why I got into the profession I'm in (animation.) I'm currently working at a game studio that does more "realistic" type games, so I really don't get to make people laugh through animation as much as I want to. I want to have kids some day. I'm not sure that I'm ready for them right now, as I believe that its a huge responsibility. I'm a sports fan but I'm not a fanatic. I played football/baseball in high school and I like to watch sports on TV from time to time. I'm definitely not a guy that keeps up with sports to know everything there is to know about each player on each team though :P (And if you wanted me on your team for Trivial Pursuit, don't pick me to answer any of the sports questions! :D) I love having discussions about the unknown; whether it be life or the existence of life. Outer space fascinates me, so I guess you could call me a star gazer. I could lay for hours watching the stars or watching the clouds (so I'm a Cloudstar-gazer???). There's just so much out there that we don't know about that leaves such a big playground for the mind. I love technology to an extent, but I feel I'm more of a traditional kinda-guy. Email is great, but I love getting actual letters from people. 3D Animation can look amazing, but it still can't beat the original traditional (2D) animation. Same goes with sculpture/painting. I've seen some amazing work done digitally, but it can't hold up to the traditional work of the masters. I'm a bit of a nerd as well, I love to play video games and watch the occasional sci-fi movie. I wouldn't say I'm a total geek/nerd, but I have my moments.

I really appreciate something deeper than small talk. I like to really get to know someone, and have them really get to know me. It's more dangerous that way, when you let people in, but it's also where I've found the most fulfillment.

Yes, that's right. I'll take an intriguing code problem over free tickets to a major sporting event any day. Hand me an electronic gizmo and I'll first customize the bits out of it using process of elimination to determine the correct sequence of buttons, then curl up with the user manual just in case I've missed something. I'm a currently a student but graduate this year so I'm trying to figure out what to do when I get "cut off." I'm very sarcastic. There are so many facets to people that it's impossible to encapsulate everything into a little text box. I'm sure you understand. But here's a little about me:

I'm a triplet. I have a brother and a sister. This has been such a dominating aspect of my life, I find it interesting now that the three of us are at different colleges, I'm not known as Kyle's brother or Heidi's brother. But to know me, you have to know them.

I'm currently aspiring to be a young urban professional in Madison. I drink very little, considering this. Not that I hate those heathen alcoholics with their rap music and baggy pants around their ankles. It's just not my deal. Now that I'm graduated, I'm trying to cultivate an irrational hatred for These Kids Today. We had Saved By the Bell. They had Saved By the Bell: The New Class. I can't communicate with these people born in 1991.

I'm very religious. I'm strongly Lutheran, and would secretly like to add "this is most certainly true" to every e-mail or report I write. It's something I find great hope, strength, and comfort in, and I do wish more people would live their faith, but I've never found much success evangelizing, and that's dispiriting.

I know that just sounded like I have a stick up my ass, but hey. I typify that Midwestern ideal of order and quality over quantity and keep it simple stupid.

Music: I've heard some great local bands lately. I listen to Indie if it's good, e.g. Pale Young Gentlemen. I just don't have the time to invest looking at the local music scene to know what's good or not. I listen to a very eclectic mix, mostly centering on classic rock. The Beatles. The Who. Current acts like Third Eye Blind. My guilty pleasure is Fiona Apple.

I like to sing, too. I'm ok at it. I play piano just enough to trick people who don't play piano into thinking I'm good, even though I suck.

I'm an independent girl who has never needed just any ol' man in my life. I am content to be single, but don't want to close the doors on a meaningful relationship if one should present itself to me. I don't have time for games... in fact, I don't have time for MUCH outside of my "mommy" duties... did I mention, single mom by CHOICE, having chosen adoption! I'm a crazy pet lover, too! I love animals and hate to see any animal suffer. Animal cruelty makes my blood boil. I like dogs, but prefer cats as pets because they're less work. I live in an apartment right now that would not be good for a dog while I'm away at work all day. I am not really a music lover, which is contrary to what I see in most people's profiles... "Music is my life!", etc. I like heavy metal and some alternative, but I don't have to listen to music every day like a lot of people I know. I HATE dancing, so I don't dance, sorry. I love horror movies and there aren't enough good ones out there. I also really like comedies. I loved the Lord of the Rings films despite not being as good as the books which I also loved. Peter Jackson did a fine job on them. I also love one of his earlier works - Dead Alive (aka Brain Dead outside of the US). I watch a lot of movies through Netflix and some in the theatre. I also love video games.

Oh and I'm a huge Packer fan. I hate to miss a game. But I'm not really into other sports so don't worry if you're not a sports fan. I don't spend a lot of time watching sports - only football: Packers and Badgers.

My niece (SimpTwister) talked me into trying this out, and so far it looks interesting! I'm a teacher in Madison WI, and I tend to spend my summers in Gilroy CA, visiting my family. Friends have described me as "at peace with myself", and I can't really complain about that!
