Fiesta Grande Mexican Grill officially opens today, Friday, Aug. 7, at 11 a.m. in downtown Middleton. The restaurant held a soft opening Thursday evening, when HelloMiddleton observed diners inside at 2181 Dr. Randy McDaniel Way.
The new restaurant is in the same downtown stretch as Haru Japanese Restaurant, which recently opened at 2165 Dr. Randy McDaniel Way.
Grand opening at 11 a.m.
Fiesta Grande describes its restaurants as serving Mexican and Tex-Mex food with made-from-scratch dishes. Middleton’s official developer site previously announced the restaurant as part of the community’s expanding dining lineup.
Fiesta Grande’s official Facebook announcement lists the grand opening for Aug. 7 at 11 a.m. The restaurant’s official website still described the Middleton location as “opening soon” Thursday evening, so the social announcement is the newer opening update.
A closing time, regular weekly hours, a location phone number and online ordering were not included in the announcement. Residents should check Fiesta Grande’s official channels for schedule updates.
