Park & Trail Rules

  • Hours of use: 7:00 AM to dusk.
  • All park participants must be a Middleton resident or guest of a resident.
  • Residents and guests under 12 years of age must be accompanied by someone 16 years of age or older.
  • Pets must remain on leash unless in a dog park area. Be polite and scoop the poop.
  • Enjoy at your own risk.
  • Users are responsible for their own equipment.
  • Proper attire is required.
  • To report an area in need of repair, email MiddletonDistrict@DistrictGov.org.
  • In case of emergency, call 911.
  • Violators will be trespassed.
  • A courtesy phone is located at the pool. Current location: 7492 Priddy Way, The Villages, Sumter County.

Family Pool Rules

  • Hours of use: 7:00 AM to dusk.
  • All participants must be a Middleton resident or guest of a resident.
  • No one under the age of 16 is allowed without an accompanying adult.
  • Enjoy at your own riskβ€”no lifeguard is on duty.
  • No glass or animals are allowed in the fenced-in pool area.
  • Approved life vests are permitted; infant and toddler flotation devices are allowed with adult supervision.
  • Children 36 months and under must wear protective underpants in the pool.
  • Shower before entering the pool.
  • Do not swallow pool water.
  • No food, glass, or drink is allowed in the pool or on the wet deck.
  • The pool deck is slippery when wet.
  • Do not run on the pool deck.
  • Proper attire is required.
  • To report an area in need of repair, email MiddletonDistrict@DistrictGov.org.
  • The nearest emergency phone is on the pool deck. In case of emergency, call 911.
  • Bathing load: 56 persons.
  • Maximum depth: 5 feet.
  • No diving.
