Live mariachi music filled Fiesta Grande Mexican Grill on Friday evening as the new restaurant celebrated its opening day in downtown Middleton.
Mariachi Son de América performed throughout the evening, moving through the dining room and entertaining guests. HelloMiddleton’s opening-night photos show the musicians performing among diners inside the colorful new restaurant.

The group’s printed card says it performs at all types of events and lists two contact numbers: 407-325-2166 and 305-497-7827.

The live performance matched the restaurant’s interior, which features bright Mexican-inspired murals, floral displays and a large mariachi mural behind the front desk.

An opening-night service impression
A HelloMiddleton staff member who attended dinner Friday described the service as exceptional and comparable to the service experienced at nearby Haru. That is a firsthand opening-night impression rather than a long-term rating: new restaurants may have additional staff working during an opening.
This first look is limited to the opening-night atmosphere and service. A food review will follow after the dishes and tasting notes are documented.
Fiesta Grande is at 2181 Dr. Randy McDaniel Way in Middleton. See HelloMiddleton’s opening report for the opening announcement, or visit the Fiesta Grande business listing for the newly added menu.
Source note: The performance, atmosphere and service details are based on HelloMiddleton’s in-person opening-night observation and original photos. The band name and phone numbers are transcribed from the card supplied by the performers.
