Woodrows brings duckpin bowling to downtown Middleton

Downtown Middleton has a new option for a night out: Woodrows Duckpin Bowling is now open, according to Middleton’s September 18 announcement. The venue offers seven duckpin lanes, lounge seating and a drinks menu featuring cocktails, craft beer and wine. The game uses smaller balls without finger holes and shorter lanes—a different experience from traditional bowling. No bowling shoes are required, and ball rentals are included with lane rental, according to Woodrows’ website. For anyone planning to bring a group, Woodrows offers online lane reservations. Its website also says outside food is welcome, so visitors can pair a game with their own takeout. Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 11 a.m.–9 p.m.; Friday–Saturday, 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Phone: 352-915-7505 Reservations and rates: https://woodrowsduckpinmiddleton.com/
