Piesanos says its newest location in The Villages opens Monday, October 12, in Middleton.
The company lists the address as 2259 Dr. Randy McDaniel Way, The Villages, FL 34762. The phone number on that page is (352) 492-1100. The Middleton page is still marked coming soon. Piesanos already has Villages restaurants at Lake Deaton and Southern Trace.
The location page lists hours of 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. It also lists dine-in, takeout, delivery, and lunch specials from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Those are posted plans. The restaurant is not open yet.
Details are on the Middleton location page and the menu. The October 12 date is from Piesanos’ announcement. Both were checked October 7, 2026.
