Written by Middleton residents can gather for Founders’ Day and the next Middleton Mingle on Friday, Sept. 11.
Founders’ Day will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at The Villages High School. The Middleton Mingle follows from 6 to 9 p.m. in downtown Middleton, so the two events overlap for part of the evening.
According to the official Middleton announcement, the celebration will include entertainment, games, food and beverages, along with appearances from Middleton’s Hometown Business Partners. The evening also recognizes the founding of The Villages Charter School.
If you have recently moved to Middleton, this is a good chance to introduce yourself, meet nearby families and learn more about the businesses serving the community. Longtime residents can reconnect with neighbors and welcome some new faces. We hope everyone who can make it will stop by and spend part of the evening together.
